Orebody 24 Newman – Batchcrete Australia

Job description: The sand stablisation projects. The first of which involved use of the Bertoli ZS1260 mobile batch plant as part of the Orebody 24 project for BHP in Newman. Batchcrete were contracted to supply stabilised sand for culvert work. Batchcrete personnel spearheaded the operation, providing the mining giants with a productive and lucrative solution.  Batchcrete have now completed sand stablisation work for the likes of BHP, Rio Tinto, Ertech and Monadelphous KT.

Equipment supplied: Mobile Batching Plant, Bertoli ZS1260, Chiller Units, Silm 3DE Cement Dispenser, Concrete Agitators & 25k Water Tanks.

Job description: Batchcrete has been awarded the contract to supply high spec concrete for the Marine Offshore Facility at the Gorgon Project. The Gorgon Project sees an assortment of plant heading north, including 600tonne mobile aggregate bins, 60 tonne Silo, Desalination Plant, Flaked Ice Machines, Water Chillers, Concrete Recycling Plant, Agitator Trucks and a 37 metre Boom Pump.This is an example of how we can match our services to our customers’ needs.
