Capabilities
- Depending on the size and types of products, casting carried out using multiple moulds, up to a total of seven pieces per cycle.
- The simple handling and fast mould design makes the Vibromatic 1000 an economical machine to run, even in the case of frequent mould changes.
- Concrete feeding is also completely automatic. The feeding belts which are operated independently from each other, places the concrete on the centre point of the inner core, always measuring the correct quantity. This feature is the determining factor in making multiple runs of two or three products with different diameters.
