Applications

  • The T & P – B65S Plus is designed for high-volume production of concrete products, minimizing production costs.
  • It can produce a variety of concrete products, including paving stones, hollow and solid blocks, ceiling blocks, kerb stones, and other blocks with heights ranging from 5-25cm.
  • The machine features an extra sturdy frame protected by anti-vibrating devices, ensuring perfect alignment and uniformity of products.
  • The operator controls the process from a command panel, and products are de-moulded on wooden tables.

Capabilities

  • The semi-automatic T & P – B65S Plus can produce blocks in various sizes, including: 20x20x40 cm, 15x20x40 cm, and 10x20x40 cm
  • The machine can produce approximately 3-4 blocks per cycle, resulting in 1900 pieces in 8 hours.
  • When producing pavers 6 cm high, the machine can produce around 140-160 M² in 8 hours.
